Velocity and Transaction Limits:
- Minimum Amount per transaction: 300 INR
- Maximum Amount per transaction: 49,999 INR
- Maximum Amount per bank account: 200,000 INR per day
Question: When do you process payouts in India?
Answer: Payouts have a cutoff at 9 a.m. India time. For example, all payout requests made between Monday, 9 am IST, and Tuesday, 9 am IST, are done on Tuesday before EOD. Similarly, all payout requests made between Friday, 9 am IST, and Monday, 9 am IST, are done on Monday before EOD.
Question: The client made a withdrawal, but the money was not in the account.
Answer: It will take 24-48 hours for the funds to reflect on the client's account. If more than 48 hours have passed, please request the latest bank statement and fill out this withdrawal escalation Form. A specialist will respond within 1-2 business days.
Question: The client made a withdrawal request on the wrong account number. Why was it approved?
Answer: If the withdrawal request was approved, it means that the account number exists, and we can no longer cancel or reverse it.
Question: The client made a withdrawal request and was declined. It says “Incorrect IFSC cod,e” but it was the correct one. Why was it declined?
Answer: A common error for the IFSC code was placing the letter (O) instead of the number zero (0). Please tell your client to check the numbers and advise that there is no letter (O) on the IFSC code.
Question: The client made a withdrawal request and was declined. It says “IMPS not enabled”. What is that?
Answer: “IMPS not enabled” means that the beneficiary bank account has some restriction on receiving money through IMPS. The client needs to speak to his bank. No issue with the bank, but the account of client has.
Question: The client made a withdrawal request and was declined. It says “Rejected by Bank. Reason Unknown”. What is that?
Answer: This means that the player's issuing bank did not disclose the reason for such rejection. Kindly have the client contact their bank to see if they are allowed to receive credit transfers to their bank account.
Question: May we request a limit increase, both payout and deposit?
Answer: The acquirer has set these limits, considering all the risk factors and limitations, and we cannot modify them. Even if we request them to increase/decrease any of these pre-set limits, they will demand a strong business justification to consider an exception to these rules.
