Question: The client made a deposit and it is still pending. How long will it take to update the status?
Answer: The status of the transaction will be updated within 45 minutes.
Question: The client made a deposit, which was deducted but not credited to his account. Where is the money?
Answer: Reversal by issuing bank usually takes 24-48 hours. If the funds are not returned within the given timeline, please wait within 7 banking days for any possible over-settlement or refund that may take place. Otherwise, please fill out this form.
Question: Why do we need to wait 7 banking days for the over-settlement report to come in?
Answer: We need to make sure that the client issuing bank makes no auto-refund or settlement. After 7 banking days have passed and no refund or over-settlement was made, that's the time we will escalate it to our acquirer. It takes this long because the issuing bank has its own processing time for an auto-refund or settlement.
Question: It is more than 7 banking days and the client’s money was not refunded and no over-settlement was made. Where is it?
Answer: Please ask the client for the latest bank statement (from the date of charge up to the present) and fill out this deposit escalation form. A specialist will respond within 2-3 business days.
Question: May we request an increase in limits, both payout and deposit?
Answer: These limits have been set by the acquirer, bearing in mind all the risk factors and limitations and we cannot modify them. Even if we request them to increase/decrease any of these pre-set limits, they will demand a strong business justification to consider an exception to these rules.
Question: Does a customer have to have a deposit through the same bank before the payout?
Answer: The payouts are not linked to the deposits in any way on our system you may process an independent payout to a customer who has not even deposited via us.
Question: Do you have a list of descriptors you are using?
Answer: We do not have a static descriptor. It is dynamic and varies most of the time.
